1. Surfacestrip 240

SurfaceStrip 240 is a non-caustic, non-toxic glycol based photo resist striper. This particular stripper has been formulated to enable total removal of semi-aqueous and fully aqueous resists to a specific particle size. The blend of long life ‘alkali’ do not attack tin lead or oxidise copper surfaces. SURFACESTRIP 240 precisely breaks down the resist to a ‘filterable’ particle size without ‘stringing’. Due to its stable blend of penetrating alkalis, SURFACESTRIP 240 has an extremely long life.

2. Ultralevel 96

ULTRALEVEL 96 is a true 'MULTIFLUX' suitable for both conventional and surface mount solder levelling. This water-soluble flux is compatible with all commercially available UV, Photoimageable and dry film solder masks. No flux residues or solder pick up is experienced when using ULTRALEVEL 96. Post treatment poses no problems as Ultralevel 96 can be completely neutralised and removed with a cold-water rinse. No offensive odours are given off when used and the solder pot remains free from contamination.

3. Ultrastrip 200

Ultrastrip 200 is a high capacity single stage sprayable tin and tin lead stripper. The stripping mechanism of Ultrastrip 200 ensures a fast, clean removal of etch resist deposit leaving a bright exposed copper surface. The product benefits from high a holding capacity of metal offering no sludging therefore it can easily be controlled with the aid of auto-dosing systems. Ultrastrip 200 clearly provides the user with all the benefits of a fast, economical and fully controllable process.
