1. Technistan W

Technistan W is a high speed matte/satin pure tin electroplating process specifically formulated for the wire industry. The Technistan W process is based on a unique, patented acid mixture that helps to stabilize stannous tin from oxidation. The current density range of the Technistan W process is exceptionally wide, which allows the wire line operator to maintain a lower tin concentration in the plating bath without sacrificing line speed. Tin deposits from this process have a lustrous matte finish, and are fully solderable.
