1. Cupro T Eco Electroless Copper

CUPRO-T-ECO is a new high build electroless Copper bath based on EDTA and Copper Chloride with the following features:

· assures a clear and uniform deposit without porosity and with a fine structure, perfectly adherent to the hole wall.
· Has high stability, does not require continuous filtrations and does not deposit on tank walls.
· Uses high concentrated replenisher solutions, which assure high yield and reduce the bail out.
· Works with low contents of Copper, Sodium Hydroxide and formaldehyde.
· Allows the complete elimination of the complexing agent in the spent solution, so assuring a reduction of COD in the waste water.
